Training needs analysis
The first step of HR development is a training needs analysis. This analysis is based on four aspects: competency-based management, training management, objective-based management and talent management. First we will map out the competencies required for the operation of your company and compare them with the existing ones. After that we will prepare a relevant training plan based on your budget and methodical preferences. For objective-based management, we observe work processes, and this helps us make sure that all of your employees are working towards a common goal of the company. If necessary, we will conduct personal interviews. With talent management we determine the development needs of those people who are strategically important to your company and prepare them for new responsibilities with appropriate training.
