Kristina Guršnienė has been working in the field of candidate attraction and selection since 2006. She specializes in the search and selection of administrative, managerial, sales and marketing professionals.
At HR factory, Kristina’s responsibilities include the whole talent attraction and selection process as well as the direct search processes. Moreover, she is responsible for the communication with the key clients. On behalf of the clients Kristina performs certified psychological test assessment, gathers recommendations and assists with the new employee placement processes. What is more, Kristina is also responsible for all the internal HR-related questions ir HR factory.
